Daepo Jusangjeolli Cliff is a stone pillar formed by lava that flowed out of the crater and contracted as it cooled rapidly. It is characterized by its polygonal staircase-like form. The stones are 30 to 40 meters high, hexagonal in shape, and line the coast for about 1 kilometer. The constant crashing of the waves is a highlight not to be missed.

Panpo Port, located on the west side of Jeju, is a popular snorkeling spot. Thanks to its sand bed and clear water, it offers a mystical underwater scenery. Visitors who do not have snorkeling equipment can rent one from the Panpo-ri Youth Association during the summer season. There are shower facilities as well so there is no need to bring anything else. In addition to snorkeling gears, visitors can also rent paddle boats, life vests and, even a low wooden bench on which visitors sit and relax for enjoying the view of the port. Unlike a typical beach, it is a port so swimmers can be free from sandy mess and the water is relatively shallow, which makes it a perfect place for children to play safely and pleasantly in the water.

Seogwipo Recreational Forest is Korea’s southernmost recreational park that serves as an excellent nature getaway by preserving the mountain’s forest environment and ecosystem while minimalizing manmade structures as much as possible. The park is located approximately 700 meters above sea level, and is 10 °C lower in average temperature compared to that of Seogwipo’s downtown, providing the ideal condition to enjoy forest bathing and camping from spring to fall. The park is easily accessible by car, thanks to the paved road from the mountain’s foothills all the way up to the park’s entrance. It takes about 30 minutes by car from Seogwipo’s downtown to the recreational park. The park is densely packed with trees and the air is filled with the refreshing forest scent, and even has a pebble walking trail suitable for a barefoot massage. The forest is equipped with amenities such as a mountain cottage, forest bathing site, campfire site, cooking area, and auto-camping site. Sinchang Windmill Coastal Road, which continues along the western tip of Jeju Island, presents a view of windmills lined up along the road from an offshore wind farm. The view of white windmills and emerald-colored sea along the winding coastline offer a pleasant fall scenery. There are many other things that unfold before one's eyes as while looking out upon the blue sea, like Chagwido Island afar. The road is well-known for its beautiful sunset so it is a great place to take pictures and watch the setting sun. Along the coastal road is a trail named Eco Experience. It features a Kelp grouper statue, Wondam Experience Site and a rest area where visitors can take selfies with many different backdrops. The observatory located in the middle of the trail is relatively quiet and visitors are recommended to head towards the observatory after taking a few photos on their walk up from Sinchang Windmill Coastal Road.
