Gebang Sikdang’s gejang (marinated crab) was so highly rated that the restaurant was included in the MICHELIN Guide Seoul 2023. Gejang (marinated crab) is a dish where blue crab, cleanly washed and prepared, is marinated and aged in a sauce made with soy sauce, chili pepper powder, garlic, ginger, rice malt, etc. The restaurant is most famous for its ganjang gejang (soy sauce marinated crab) and yangnyeom gejang (spicy marinated crab).
