Ogane Jokbal is known for its jokbal (braised pigs' feet) and bossam (kimchi cabbage wraps with pork). Jokbal (braised pigs' feet) refers to pigs’ legs braised for extended periods. Bossam (kimchi cabbage wraps with pork) and makguksu (buckwheat noodles) are also on the menu.
