Located at the foot of Kalbong Mountain in Gapyeong, BROOK5 is a large-scale pension that offers 20 different room types, including pool villas, kid-friendly rooms, and standard guest rooms. There are five pool villas, and two kid-friendly rooms with an indoor jungle gym, baby bathtub, milk bottle sterilizer, and potty training seats. Each room has a kitchen and barbecue area. Only some of the guest rooms have whirlpool bathtubs, so make sure to check the availability in advance. There is a heated swimming pool for children and adults available all year round, a cafe next to the pool, and Dumilcheon Steam right in front of the pool, which is a great place to swim in the summer.

The Hangwa Culture Museum is the first museum in Korea to have a theme centered on traditional Korean sweets. Its first floor exhibits the history of hangwa, tools used to make it, and the various types (Yakgwa, Yugwa, Yumilgwa, Jeongwa, Dasik, and Gangjeong), while the second floor offers seasonal hangwa, hangwa with tea, hangwa areas in Pocheon, information from hangwa experts, and tourism information on Pocheon. The education center runs colorful hands-on programs offering visitors an opportunity to make hangwa and also learn about traditional tea culture.

Sanjeonghosu Lake is surrounded by the Myeongseongsan and Gwaneumsan Mountains. Its name refers to its location, like a well ("jeong") deep within the mountains ("san"). The lake was originally built as a water source for agriculture. It is circled by a 3 kilometer-long trail, and there is a silver grass habitat in the middle of a hiking trail leading to the summit of Myeongseongsan Mountain. Family-friendly facilities like snow sledding slopes and hot springs can also be found. Nearby tourist sites include the Hantangang River, Herb Island, Art Valley, and the Korea National Arboretum.

Saekhyeon Tunnel, spanning 423 meters in length, was first opened in 1939 and functioned as part of the Gyeongchun Line railway up until 2010. After the railway line was rerouted, the tunnel found a new purpose as a section of the Bukhangang Bike Path. It has also earned the nickname "Moss Tunnel" due to the moss that has grown around its entrances. The tunnel, especially known for its distinctive round entrances, has become a favored location for photography enthusiasts.
