Dolsanhang Port is located on Dolsando Island in Gunnae-ri, Yeosu-si. It is a famous market for live fresh fish and a distribution center for seafood in the area. Yeosu local seafoods such as cuttlefish, octopus, and rock bream are available, however only wholesale auction is available. Regular visitors must purchase seafood through a middleman.

Nestled on the east coast of Dolsando Island, the tranquil waters have mild waves that lap up on the shiny golden sand along Bangjukpo Beach. Nearby, there is a thick pine grove with trees over 200 years old. This area is blessed with plenty of fresh inland water despite it being on the coast. The myriad of rocks near the sea are great for fishing. The beach is a popular spot to watch the sunrise. It is also situated on the way to Hyangiram Hermitage, one of Korea’s four hermitages where Buddhist followers pray to Avalokitesvara, the Bodhisattva of Great Compassion.

Hyangiram Sunrise Festival is an annual overnight festival that begins on New Year's Eve. It takes place at the historic Hyangiram Hermitage, which was built in the year 644. As the New Year's Day dawns, visitors can witness the sun rise above the horizon from Hyangiram, which literally means "a hermitage facing the sun."

Dolsando Island located in Yeosu-si, Jeollanam-do, is famous for its beautiful camellia flowers. Hyangiram Hermitage lies at the eastern tip of the island where you can see the beautiful sunrise. Unlike other seas, the sea of Dolsando has unique scenery created by uninhabited islands, which stick out here and there from the sea, and its scenery in harmony with the emerald-colored water arouses the admiration of onlookers. Yeosu Art Land Resort is located near Somisan Mountain from which you can view three islands - Naechido, Oechido and Hyeoldo - floating as if they are wandering on the sea, and it boasts more outstanding scenery than any other resorts. The Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Yeosu is a 24-storey hotel in Dolsan-eup, Yeosu-si, Jeollanam-do. The hotel faces the sea, with Hallyeohaesang National Park on one side and Dolsan Neighborhood Park on the other. Guestrooms come either with an ocean view, a view over Yeosu’s famous Dolsan Bridge, or a view of Yeongchwisan Mountain. This pike eel restaurant on Gyeongdo Island is said to be the first place in Korea to offer gaetjangeo shabu-shabu. It is located at the entrance to Gyeongdo Quay at Oedong Village, and you can enjoy a panoramic view of Yeosu as you dine. The restaurant serves pike eel dishes made with pike eel caught by the owner, and from late April to early November, it serves gaetjangeo shabu-shabu, also known as “hamo yubiki.”

Gukdonghang Port (국동항)

Gukdonghang Port is a natural fishing port in Yeosu, surrounded by Islands, which protects it from the strong winds and waves. It serves as a key seafood hub of Yesou and plays an important role in regional development. Located next to the port, Gukdonghang Subyeon Park is a serene retreat place, popular among locals. With palm trees, green lawns, and lots of benches, it is a perfect place for a stroll or to spend some peaceful time. At the end of the park, visitors can enjoy a nice sea breeze with a beautiful view of the Yesou Sea and try various treats at food trucks.

Yeosu Minam Cruise (여수 미남크루즈)

Yeosu Minam Cruise is a cruise ship that offers tours of Yeosu's major attractions from the sea. Built with Korean shipbuilding technology, it boasts a total of four decks and can accommodate up to 920 passengers. During the day, it operates the Seascape City Tour, allowing passengers to enjoy the scenic views of Yeosu's coastline. In the evening, it offers Night View Tour and Fireworks Tour.

Dolsandaegyo Bridge (돌산대교)

Dolsandaegyo Bridge in Yeosu connects Dolsan Island to the mainland, and is a representative attraction of the city, lit up in many colored lights at night. The island of Dolsan is said to be a fortress in the ocean, and protected the nation from invaders and pirates during the Joseon dynasty. Construction on the bridge began in 1980 and was completed in 1984, with Dolsan Park being founded on the hilltop above the bridge in celebration of the bridge opening.
