Igidae Cliff [National Geopark] (이기대 (부산 국가지질공원))

Igidae Cliff is a geological park located along the southern coast of Busan. Formed by volcanic activity dating back 80 million years to the Cretaceous period, the accumulated lava, volcanic ash, and other rocks have been eroded by waves, creating cliffs, caves, and other formations. Along the coastal trail leading to Oryukdo, visitors can appreciate various geological and topographical landscapes, including copper mines and pothole.

DOMOHEON (도모헌)

DOMOHEON, the former residence of the Busan Mayor, was transformed into a cultural space and opened to the public in September 2024. The establishment includes a cultural space, shared office, café, lecture hall, meeting room, and various other convenience facilities. It also features a living garden, which is the first living garden in Busan. In the past, it was also referred to as the local Cheong Wa Dae creating an authoritative image. However, with the recent remodeling, it has now become a welcoming space for the public to relax and enjoy cultural activities.

Dongsaengmal Observatory (동생말전망대)

Dongsaengmal Observatory is situated along the Igidae Coastal Trail, near the Igidae Park, the starting point of the trail. In July and August, people who rent water leisure equipments can use reed parasol or beach bed for free. Busan Sports Complex (부산종합운동장)

Established in 1986, the Busan Sports Complex features the main stadium, Sajik indoor swimming pool, an indoor gymnasium, Sajik Baseball Ground, and an athletes' training center. Daejeo Eco Park (대저생태공원)

Particularly noteworthy is the Mustard Flower Festival held annually in April at the mustard flower field developed below the Gupodaegyo Bridge.

Gwangalli Beach (광안리해수욕장)

Located to the west of Haeundae Beach, Gwangalli Beach is 1.4 kilometers long and 25~110 meters wide, and is famous for its fine sand. Busan Fireworks Festival takes place every autumn along Gwangalli Beach. The festival’s diverse programs of cultural events, high-tech laser light shows, and myriad of unique and colorful fireworks make this one of the area’s most popular festivals, drawing crowds of over 1 million visitors each year. Although most people flock to the beach for a closer view of the festivities, nearby Hwangnyeongsan Mountain, Dongbaekseom Island, and Igidae Coastal Park also offer great views of the fireworks.
