Ulsan Eonyang Bulgogi, which started in Dongbu-ri, Eonyang-eup in 1983 and was established in Samsan-dong, Nam-gu in 2016, is a restaurant specializing in grilled Korean beef and bulgogi that uses only 1+ grade Korean beef such as sirloin, boneless galbi, and top blade. Eonyang bulgogi is a local food of the Eonyang region, which is thinly sliced beef marinated in seasoning and grilled on a roasting net, unlike Seoul Bulgogi which is grilled with broth. It is a large restaurant with a wide space between tables and tables for groups, making it a good place for dining and family gatherings. Customers can see and purchase Korean beef at the meat section, giving the option of choosing the meat parts of their preference such as including special cuts such as thin skirts and inside skirts.
