Museo Whanki (환기미술관)

La Fundación Whanji inauguró el Museo Whanki en 1992 en honor al pintor Kim Whanki (1931-1974). El museo posee alrededor de 300 piezas de Kim Whanki, así como realizar diversas exhibiciones especiales sobre el arte contemporáneo y otros eventos, además de exposiciones permanentes de las obras de Kim Whanki. Con dichas actividades, el Museo Whanki se esfuerza por recordar el valor del pintor Kim y sus influencias, y desarrollar más el arte coreano.

Parque del Monte Naksan (낙산공원)

El Parque del Monte Naksan recibe su nombre de su apariencia parecida a la joroba de un camello. En coreano, “nakta” significa camello y “san” significa montaña. De esta forma, la gente se refiere al parque como Parque Nakta o Parque Naksan. La montaña es una base de roca sólida de granito. La familia real de Joseon disfrutaba de la belleza natural de la montaña de granito, pero durante el período de la ocupación japonesa una actitud apresurada de planificación urbana dio como resultado la demolición de gran parte de la montaña. En un esfuerzo por salvar las zonas verdes restantes, el 10 de junio de 2002 el monte Naksan fue designado como parque. Situado en el centro de Seúl, este parque histórico y hermoso permite a sus visitantes contemplar la magnificencia de la ciudad.

Wan Chai (완차이)

Wan Chai is a Chinese restaurant with a name meaning "spicy," and is a must-visit for those who love spicy food. Rather than the original spicy Chinese Sichuan cuisine, a small amount of Korean spices have been added to create even better tasting dishes. The most popular item on the menu is a large plate of reddened mussels known as the Extra Spicy Stir-fried Mussels. The dish is a mixture of spicy red peppers, garlic, and spicy sauce, stir-fried to perfection. Many customers also come in for the gul jjamppong (spicy noodle soup with oysters). Even the jajangmyeon (noodles in black bean sauce) tastes great here, with clean-tasting black soy bean sauce. Finally, for dessert, lychee is served, a unique treat to finish off a meal at Wan Chai.

Calle Gyeongnidan-gil (경리단길)

Se denomina Gyeongnidan-gil a la calle y sus callejones anexos de 937 m que llega desde la puerta principal de la Administración Económica de la Unidad Militar hasta el hotel Grand Hyatt. Fue llamada así en un principio porque allí se encontraba el Gyeongnidan Central de las Fuerzas Armadas, y aunque pertenece al barrio de Itaewon-dong, cuenta con un aire muy diferente, por lo que se hizo muy popular. Gyeongnidan-gil es un espacio de cultura y juventud donde se puede disfrutar de diversos y peculiares platos en restaurantes y cafeterías originales. A simple vista parece un barrio común de Seúl, pero allí se mezclan con naturalidad los extranjeros que llegan de diferentes países y los vecinos del barrio. Es un placer encontrar tiendas originales y modernas al caminar por sus rincones.

El Jardín Botánico de Namsan abrió sus puertas el 18 de febrero de 1997 en Hannam-dong, donde se encontraba la zona residencial para extranjeros demolida en 1994. Cubriendo un área de 59 m2, se divide en 13 jardines temáticos con un total de 117.132 plantas de 269 especies. Entre la diversidad, 60.912 plantas de 129 especies son árboles y 56.220 plantas de 140 especies son tipos de hierba. Los 13 jardines temáticos incluyen un jardín de hierba medicinal, albaricoques, flores silvestres, azaleas reales, arbustos, plantas comerciales y un jardín para ciegos.
