Playa Ingu (인구 해수욕장)

Es una playa en Ingu-ri, Hyeonnam-myeon, Yangyang-gun, Gangwon-do. En el norte está la playa Jukdo y en el sur, la playa Ingu. Jukdo, una isla llena de bambú está ubicada entre las dos playas. La playa de arena blanca es amplia y tranquila, y el agua es poco profunda, por lo que se puede disfrutar de un baño de mar con seguridad. Esto atrae a muchos turistas con familias. También es un lugar de surf favorito para los surfistas principiantes debido a la poca profundidad del agua. Opened in 1985, Cheoksan Spatel is a natural hot springs with strong alkaline water at 53℃, formed 4000 m below sea level. The water is said to be highly effective in the removal of impurities and treatment of skin conditions. Rooms available include both bedrooms and ondol (under-the-floor heating system) rooms. Each room has a small bath supplied with hot springs water in the bathroom. Guests are also offered a single-use ticket to the hot springs area.
There are plenty of onsite facilities as well, from the hot springs area with many different types of baths to ladies-only spa therapy at Spa Healing Center, walking paths through a pine grove, and an observation deck with a view of Seoraksan Mountain’s Ulsan Peak. Other attractions, such as Sokcho Museum, Seoraksan Botanical Garden, and Cheongchoho Recreation Area, is reachable by car in 10 min.

Lago Yeongnang (영랑호)

El lago Yeongnang es, en realidad, una laguna formada naturalmente con una superficie de 1.21 km² y una circunferencia de 7.8 km. El nombre Yeongnang se originó en el período de Silla (57 a.C-935 d.C), cuando un joven llamado Hwarang y su amigo Yongnang volvían del monte Geumsangsan y encontraron este lago. Asombrados por la belleza de este lago, le puesieron el nombre de Yeongnang. En las cercanías hay un centro recreativo con un campo de golf y alquiler de canoas. En los senderos para peatones muchos disfrutan del jogging en las mañanas. No olvide visitar la roca Beombawi (beom significa "tigre" y bawi significa "roca"), que tiene la forma de este animal. Muchos turistas escalan esta roca para poder apreciar desde lo alto el hermoso paisaje del área.

Templo Huhuam (Gangwon) (휴휴암(강원))

El templo Huhuam se encuentra a lado de la Autovía Nacional Nº 7 en Gwangjin-ri, Hyeonnam-myeon, Yangyang-gun, Gangwon-do, tras el puerto de Namae. El edificio del templo fue construido en 1997, y detrás del templo, hay una roca plana que recuerda a una tortuga saliendo del océano. Además, hay otra roca que de forma natural se asemeja a Buda. La situación de ambas piedras hace ver que la "tortuga" está inclinándose ante "Buda".
