En particular, desde la terraza, que tiene la forma de un daecheongmaru (habitación tradicional recubierta de tablas de madera), podrá apreciar el maravilloso paisaje de la isla Oryukdo, el puente Gwangandaegyo, la colina Dalmaji, y de la playa Haeundae.
