Le parc Banpo Hangang est situé du côté sud du fleuve, centré sur le pont Banpo (pont Jamsu) entre les ponts Hamnam (en amont) et Dongjak (en aval). La Fontaine Arc-En-Ciel construite des deux côtés du pont Banpo est entrée en 2008 dans le Guinness Book des Records en tant que pont-fontaine le plus long du monde (1140m). Le pont commence à partir du parc, créé dans le cadre du projet Renaissance du Hangang. La nuit, plus de 200 éclairages créent une vision fantastique d’un bel arc-en-ciel.

De plus, il y a des installations sportives comme une piste de rollet, un terrain de football, un terrain de basket, etc. Vous pourrez aussi profiter de la somptueuse vue du fleuve Han, des gratte-ciels sur le bord à partir de Gureum ainsi que du Noeul Café, café suspendu situé à l’extrême sud du pont Dongjak.

Seoraeseom, reliée au parc, est une île artificielle avec aires de repos et de loisirs pour les séouliens. Chaque printemps, l’endroit est inondé de colzas et de personnes pique-niquant et profitant d’évènements printaniers comme le « Festival de Seoraeseom des Papillons et Colzas ».
