Le Musée Chunghyeon est dédié à la préservation de l'héritage de la seonbi (hommes lettrés confucéens de la dynastie Joseon) et la culture est le seul musée situé dans la maison d'une grande famille - celle de Lee Wonik qui a servi comme Premier ministre au cours de la dynastie Joseon, et était connu pour faire respecter l'esprit de l'intégrité qui a été synonyme de seonbi. De nombreux vestiges et des restes de savants classiques y sont exposés.

La rivière Anyangcheon prend sa source dans le mont Baekunsan à Wanggokdong, Oiwang-si. Elle s’écoule en traversant les villes de Gunpo-si, Anyang-si et Gwangmyeong-si, et les quartiers de Geumcheon-gu, Guro-gu, Yangcheon-gu et Yeongdeungpo-gu à Séoul. Elle se jette dans le fleuve Hangang à l’Ouest du pont Seongsandaegyo. La rivière a été baptisée ainsi car elle passe devant la ville d’Anyang, mais à l’époque de la dynastie Joseon, elle portait le nom de Daecheon Gitan.
