Avec 24 pilliers en granite, un splendide dôme bleu, et blanc à l’extérieur, le Bâtiment du Capitole est une vue à vous couper le souffle. Ce beau bâtiment a pris existence, en 1975, après six longues années de construction. Les pilliers et le dôme symbolisent les différentes opinions variées du public qui se réunit en une entité commune. La raison pour laquelle le bâtiment est un favori parmi les touristes, c’est parce qu’il est situé à côté du Fleuve Hangang. Le Fleuve Hangang se tient derrière le bâtiment comme un beau fond. Le Capitole a un centre pour les visiteurs, un espace pour se promener, et aussi il a des bancs le long du Fleuve Hangang. Le chemin le plus facile pour visiter le Bâtiment du Capitole, c’est d’ y aller en faisant une application par le Centre des Visiteurs. On peut faire un tour dans plusieurs parties du Capitole tout aussi bien que dans l’ère principale pour les conférences. Le processus d’application dure approximativement vingt minutes. L’inconvénient est qu’il n’offre pas un service en langue étrangère. Ceux qui sont intéressés à voir la politique de la Corée en action peuvent aussi voir des sessions réelles. Cependant, ceux qui ne sont pas particulièrement intéressés à la politique coréenne seront plus que satisfaits avec simplement le tour ordinaire.
