Le parc des citoyens de Yangjae, situé près du péage de Yangjae, a été créé pour anticiper les Jeux Asiatiques de Séoul de 1986 et les 24ème Jeux olympiques de 1988. Le parc procure un habitat pittoresque pour 94 800 arbres de 43 espèces, parmi lesquels des pins, des zelkovas, des érables de Corée, des marronniers et des pins à pignon.

Parmi les installations disponibles, on trouve une salle de mariage en plein air, un parcours de randonnée de 4,8 km de long, un terrain de basket, un terrain de volley (que l’on utilise également pour le foot volleyball), un court de tennis, un sentier pour la promenade pieds nus et des équipements en extérieur pour la remise en forme.
