Le temple Cheongansa fut construit en 1960 et re-construit en 2009. Il inclut de nombreuses pagodes et monuments : une pagode remplie de reliques sari de Bouddha ; une pagode Budotap, qui est un lieu de culte pour le moine qui a fondé le temple et ses reliques sacrées et un monument honorant la première dame Yuk yeong-su. Il fut décerné au temple le « prix du hanok 2011 » après sa reconstruction. Situé le long du chemin Dulle-gil sur le mont Bukhansan, le temple offre à ses visiteurs la chance d’apprécier un air pur et frais et un moment de repos avant de reprendre la randonnée.
