Cette plage se situe à Ingu-ri dans l'arrondissement de Yangyang-gun. Jukdo, île réputée pour sa forêt de bambous, se trouve à mi-chemin entre la plage de Jukdo au nord et la plage d'Ingu au sud.

Acec sa plage très large et son eau peu profonde, le site est notamment réputé parmi les familles qui viennent pour profiter de la baignade en mer en toute sécurité.

La plage d'Ingu est prisée des surfeurs notamment via ses eaux peu profondes. De plus, les infrastructures destinées aux surfeurs telle que des hébergements dédiés et des magasins de surf sont réputés pour leur qualité.

Un camping est également disponible sur place ce qui permet de profiter de l'activité du surf et du camping en même temps. Depuis peu, la plage d'Ingu gagne en popularité en tant qu'endroit adapté pour la plongée sous-marine.

Avec le développement de la route côtière, des cafés, des restaurants  ainsi que diverses commodités ont fait leur apparition dans les alentours. Vous pouvez également visiter des attractions telles que l'observatoire de Jukdojeong et le port d'Inguhang. Le Centre Culturel de Sokcho se trouve dans la ville du même du nom dans le quartier de Yeongnang-dong. Le centre a ouvert en 1977 sous le nom de Centre culturel de Ilbok avec une capacité de 342 sièges. Le centre fut achevé le 10 octobre 1990.
Le Centre Culturel de Sokcho se compose principalement d’un Hall et d’une annexe. Le Hall comprend une salle de concert, salle de répétition, avec un système son et lumière. Dans l’annexe se trouve une salle de réunion, une gallerie, une salle de réception pour les événements culturels et les bureaux administratifs du Centre.

Cheoksan Spatel [Korea Quality] / (주)척산온천휴양촌 [한국관광 품질인증/Korea Quality]

Opened in 1985, Cheoksan Spatel is a natural hot springs with strong alkaline water at 53℃, formed 4000 m below sea level. The water is said to be highly effective in the removal of impurities and treatment of skin conditions. Rooms available include both bedrooms and ondol (under-the-floor heating system) rooms. Each room has a small bath supplied with hot springs water in the bathroom. Guests are also offered a single-use ticket to the hot springs area.
There are plenty of onsite facilities as well, from the hot springs area with many different types of baths to ladies-only spa therapy at Spa Healing Center, walking paths through a pine grove, and an observation deck with a view of Seoraksan Mountain’s Ulsan Peak. Other attractions, such as Sokcho Museum, Seoraksan Botanical Garden, and Cheongchoho Recreation Area, is reachable by car in 10 min.
