Uiseong Soudang House was originally built by Lee Ga-bal (pen-name: Sou) in the early nineteenth century. The house has the characteristic structure of a hanok, although its overall ‘ㅁ’-shape was modified into a ‘ㄷ’-shape after the small sarangbang was damaged by a typhoon few years ago. The house features a moderately high foundation stone and moderate construction materials, corresponding to traditional Confucian principles. However, entering the side door in the west, one can see a different aspect of the house. In general, the gardens of hanok built during the Joseon period didn’t have a fence in order to preserve the natural environment, but they often had a small pavilion next to a small stream. However, thanks to the founder’s wealth, Soudang House featured a new style of garden in which a separate house with a wall and a pond was built and sun trees from China were planted. The byeolchae (separate house) is focused on its role as a residence, having several rooms, unlike others that are usually emphasized on its maru (wooden floor). It is thought that the main users of the byeolchae were the owners rather than male guests. Recently, work on the interior of the byeolchae was completed to accommodate guests. The anchae and sarangchae have also been renovated with modern bathrooms and toilets for guests’ convenience.

La Vallée Binggye (빙계계곡)

La vallée Binggye se situe à Uiseong dans la province Gyeongsangbuk-do où se trouve le mont Bingsan. Le ruisseau qui descend de la montagne est appelé « Binggye », et le village voisin « Binggye-ri ». Dans cette vallée, vous pourrez voir comme par mystère des formations de glace étonnantes pendant la chaleur de l'été et des courants chauds au milieu de l’hiver. De hautes falaises s'élevent en face du village un ruisseau coule sous la falaise. La vallée abrite aussi une pagode à cinq étages (8,15 mètres) datant du début de la période Koryo.

Hyewon's House (혜원의 집 (영화 리틀포레스트 촬영지))

La maison Hyewon (Hyewon's House) désigne la maison de Hyewon (interprété par Kim Tae-ri), le personnage principal du film"Little Forest (2018)".

Le site est rapidement devenu l'attraction principal du quartier Gunwi-gun. Dès l'entrée du village, les visiteurs peuvent apprécier une ambiance typque d'un petit village en se rendant vers la maison. En plus de la visite de la maison, les visiteurs peuvent aussi emprunter le vélo que Hyewon avait pris durant le film.
