BGSS Eye Clinic has specialized in vision correction since its establishment in 1997. It is the first-generation eye clinic that introduced LASIK and LASEK surgeries in Korea.

Lee Moon Won Korean Medicine Clinic is a Korean medicine clinic that specializes in treating and managing scalp and hair. The treatments used at Lee Moon Won Korean Medicine Clinic were developed using plants grown in Korea, such as camphor trees from Jeju-do, green tea flowers from Hadong, and Chinese plum blossoms and cherry blossoms from Jirisan Mountain. Located at the foot of Umyeonsan Mountain in Seocho-gu, Seoul, Gwanmunsa Temple had its ground-breaking ceremony in 1993 and construction was completed in October 1998.
The temple site has a total area of 22,148.76 ㎡ with seven ground levels and four basement levels. The temple was constructed with a mixture of modern and traditional Buddhist architectural designs. Inside the temple, cutting-edge facilities are used for various cultural events, conferences, and sacred ceremonies.
Neighbored by Cheonggyesan Mountain, Umyeonsan Mountain, and Yangjaecheon Stream, the temple is located near many natural spots visitors can enjoy. In particular, Umyeonsan Mountain (alt. 293 m), where Gwanmunsa Temple is located, gets its name for its shape resembling a cow lying down. Designated as a city park and managed by Seoul Metropolitan Government, Umyeonsan Mountain has several valleys with clear spring waters and a dense forest inhabited by diverse animals and plants.

Namsan Outdoor Botanical Garden opened its doors on February 18, 1997 in Hannam-dong, where the residential complex for foreigners once stood before it was demolished in 1994. Covering an area of around 59 ㎡, it is divided into 13 themed gardens with a total 117,132 plants from 269 species. Among this diversity, 60,912 plants from 129 species are tree types and 56,220 plants from 140 species are grass types.

Seolleung and Jeongneung Royal Tombs are located near COEX in Gangnam. It comprises two tombs: Seolleung Royal Tomb, which houses the remains of King Seongjong (1457-1495, r. 1470-1495) and his wife Queen Jeonghyeon (1462-1530) of the Joseon dynasty (1392-1897), and Jeongneung Royal Tomb, which houses King Jungjong (1488-1544, r. 1506-1544), Seongjong’s son. The Seolleung and Jeongneung Royal Tombs History Center details the historical significance of the tomb, while the complex also serves as a park within the city.
