(Korea Quality Premier Class) WITH U is both a guesthouse and a mini-hotel located in front of the Sokcho Express Bus Terminal in Sokcho, Gangwon-do. It’s also very close to Sokcho Beach, so guests can enjoy a superb view of the beach from the fourth floor. Each guestroom is equipped with a bed placed on a flat bench which can be used as either a table or floor. This unique piece of furniture is designed for the comfort of those who prefer to sleep on the floor as well as those who prefer to sleep on a bed. The guesthouse has rooms of various types and sizes including double rooms, twin rooms, triple rooms, and family rooms to cater for every type of guest. Sokcho Beach opened in 1976 and is one of Korea's representative beaches. It is close to Sokcho's downtown, and the express bus terminal is also within walking distance, so transportation is convenient. With clear sea water, shallow depth, and a gentle slope, Sokcho Beach attracts visitors from all over the country every summer. Especially during the high season in July and August, the beach is so cluttered that there's nowhere to walk. There are many restaurants and facilities near the beach. And there is a pine forest with a small park and a trail behind the beach. The sculptures installed throughout the sandy beach are a sight to see regardless of the season, so tourists continue to visit even after the holiday season. There are sculptures including the Korean initials "ㅅㅊ" symbolizing Sokcho, a large compass showing directions to countries around the world, and a dolphin sculpture. The large picture frame with the blue sea in the background and the Stairway to Heaven are the most popular photo spots here. The beach often serves as a venue for a variety of events like performances and festivals.

The owner-chef won the Grand Prize in the SIFE Seoul International Culinary Competition 2007 and received a bronze medal for his work at the Gangwon Tour Service Competition. He also has a patent on Eolgari Nangmyeon (Cold Buckwheat Noodles with Eolgari Kimchi).

The Sokcho Museum is a cultural experience center where visitors can learn about and experience Sokcho’s history, culture, and natural environment, covering from prehistoric times to modern times. It displays artifacts related to regional tradition and culture, the fishing village culture, and the culture of the displaced people who took refuge during the Korean War.

The museum is divided into four sections: Exhibition Hall 1, which introduces Sokcho’s natural environment and cultural characteristics; Exhibition Hall 2, displaying the aspects of a fishing village and life of the Korean War refugees; Exhibition Hall 3, which provides diverse cultural experiences for children; and the Balhae History Hall with materials and artifacts related to the ancient Balhae Kingdom. The museum also has a reproduction of Cheongho-dong Alley, where the Korean War refugees from North Korea settled adn lived, and Sokcho Station building that was demolished in 1978.

Chodangbonjeom is a bean curd restaurant that's been in business for over 50 years and is located on the way to Seoraksan National Park (about 7.9 km). Bean curd hot pot and soft bean curd are the signature dishes here. Unlike regular bean curds, soft bean curds are not pressed in a mold, thus have a smoother, more delicate texture. Bean curd hot pots made with bean curd, various vegetables, and sauce are available along with many other dishes, so visitors can order based on their preferences. This restaurant is also famous for its side dishes. Sokcho's famous stuffed squid (squid stuffed with various vegetables and glass noodles) and potato pancakes made with pan-fried mashed potatoes go well with the main dish. Spicy soft bean curd stew is recommended to those who like spicy food. 

Sokcho Oeongchi Badahyanggiro Trail (속초 외옹치 바다향기로)

Badahyanggiro is a unique, 1.74-kilometer-long coastal trail that runs from Sokcho Beach to Oeongchi Port. It is mainly divided into the Sokcho Beach section (850 meters) and the Oeongchi section (890 meters), with each having its own vibes. If you are looking to take a light walk along the beach, the Sokcho Beach section is a perfect choice and, if you wish to enjoy views of the dynamic landscape, the Oeongchi section is recommended. The Oeongchi section was restricted to civilian access for several decades so it holds fabulous scenery that has not been damaged by people for a long period of time. It is also famous as a filming spot for K-dramas. The blue sea seems to continue endlessly along the trail that features both a wooden deck path and a dirt road, and the sounds of crashing waves add a sense of refreshment to the scene. The water is so pure and clean that you can clearly see the sea floor. The Oeongchi section consists of four themed courses including the Bamboo Meditation path, Sky Deck path, National Security Experience path, and Rock Observation path. The coastline barbed-wire fences installed on the National Security Experience path are what remain from the original fences set up after the submarine infiltration incident by armed Communist guerillas in 1970. It is also fun to watch rocks of strange shapes form on the coastline including Gulbawi Rock and Jinebawi Rock.
