Established and run by the Goeun Foundation, the Goeun Museum of Photography and the Goeun Contemporary Photo Museum are located in Haeundae, Busan and are the first photography museums founded outside of the capital city of Seoul. The museums aim to offer more cultural opportunities to visitors by collecting real and valuable works representing both Korean and international artists. The venue also acts in the discovery and support of new and up-and-coming artists.

Goeun Museum of Photography has an exhibit room on the 2nd floor, as well as a seminar room and a photo library on the 1st floor. Goeun Contemporary Photo Museum has 3 different spaces for exhibitions, mainly concentrated on contemporary photo works.

F1963 is a representative cultural complex and an emerging landmark in Busan. This factory produced wires in the past for about 45 years from 1963 to 2008. 2016 Busan Biennale was a turning point for this building as the building was transformed into a space for art and culture; various cultural events take place and it has an art library, exhibition hall, and concert hall. The base design and framework from the old factory were preserved during the renovation, leaving traces of the old building that give its unique atmosphere. Regenerated architecture and walking trails outside the space are designed to offer a pleasant walk. Suyeongman Bay Yachting Center is located between Gwangalli and Haeundae beaches and was built in 1986 as an international scale stadium, used during the ‘86 Asian Games and the ‘88 Seoul Olympics. It is able to anchor 448 yachts, and it has the proper natural environment for yachting so as to be the venue of various domestic and international yacht competitions, becoming a popular site for lovers of yachting and ocean sports.

Amenities include training facilities for yachting as well as windsurfing and submarines, as well as a large parking lot and commemorative monuments.

Gugine Nakji Bokkeum is an octopus restaurant that local people in Busan frequently visit. The restaurant sticks to the essentials of octopus cuisine: nak gop sae (stir-fried octopus, small intestine and shrimp), a fantastic combination of octopus and tripe; sannakji jeongol (octopus hot pot); and hot seaweed-flavored yeonpo tang (octopus soup). Among these, the most famous menu is nak gop sae. Nak gop sae is a stew made with octopus, small beef or pork intestines, and shrimp together with various vegetables. Although it originated in Busan, it is now a popular dish throughout Korea for its spiciness and unique flavors. Gugine Nakji Bokkeum offers spiciness options, allowing their customers to choose between spicy and mild flavors. Visitors used to spicy food are recommended to try the spicy version while those who are not used to spicy food can enjoy the flavor combination created by the ingredients by choosing the mild version.
