Il est composé d’un terrain de footbnall, d’un stade de baseball, d’une patinoire, d’un stand de tir intérieur et d’un gymnase. Le square central est également équipé d’un espace pour les jeux coréens traditionnels. Le stade principal, d’une surface de 22 124 m², est utilisé pour les matchs de football et l’athlétisme, et peut accueillir 22 000 spectateurs. Le stade de baseball, qui fait 16 233 m², possède une capacité d’environ 16 000 personnes. La patinoire de 6 018 m², gérée par le centre des sports d’hiver de Corée, peut accueillir simultanément 7 000 personnes. Elle sert non seulement pour les sports d’hiver comme le hockey sur glace ou le patinage artistique, mais également pour les ballets sur glace. Le stade de Mokdong est très populaire auprès des citoyens qui viennent souvent y faire de l’exercice.
