The Hanok, located in Jeonju, Jeollabuk-do, is a large hanok guesthouse built of beautiful tradition materials - cypress wood, red clay, and traditional hanji paper. The largest of the 7 rooms (Gwibin - ‘Special Guest’) has a king-size bed, ondol underfloor heating, and a massage bed, making it suitable for two families. Namcheongyo Bridge is the main bridge to the entrance of Jeonju Hanok Village. Through "Jeonju Namcheongyo Luxury Project," the area went through renovation strengthening infrastructure and adding Cheongyeonru Pavilion to the bridge. Visitors can enjoy a panoramic view of the area from the hanok pavilion or rest from the heat.

Jeonju Hanok stands at the end of a quiet alley off Eunhaeng-ro in the center of Jeonju Hanok Village, and so is a good base for exploring the village. All guest rooms are ondol-heated and have a loft space that’s popular with children. Water purifiers are installed, and a breakfast of toast, fruit and tea or coffee is provided. Gyodongsallae Hanok stands close to the Namcheongyo Bridge over the Jeonjucheon Stream in Wansan-gu, Jeonju, Jeollabuk-do. The sarangchae (men’s house), anchae (women’s house) and an outbuilding provide a total of 10 guestrooms - some traditional ondol-heated rooms, some rooms with beds and one attic room. There are flower beds in the yard, and the cozy interiors are decorated with elegant fabrics and paintings. Two of the sarangchae rooms have terraces offering fine views.

Gyodong Gaon is a two-story hanok stay on the main street of Jeonju Hanok Village, Jeollabuk-do. The yard contains a small garden, a jangdokdae (jar stand), a furnace and a mural that has become a popular place for photos. The upper floor guestroom Numaru (‘Loft’) offers a panorama of the village. The first floor Meomulda (‘Lodging’) guestroom has a door between bedroom and living room. Nanuda (‘Sharing’) on the 2nd floor is the largest room, while Damda (‘Contain’) and Ggumggu (‘Dreaming’) both have attics. Finally, Geurida (’Drawing’) is a room with a fine view. Traditional games such as Hoops and Tuho can be played without charge.

Jeonmang Foot Bath Café is located inside Jeonju Hanok Village. Visitors can enjoy aromatic foot baths to relieve the fatigue from traveling while enjoying the view of the quaint hanok village. There are a variety of bath bombs, such as aroma, peppermint, and rosemary. The foot bath and shoulder massage come with a free drink and take about 40 minutes.

Hanok Story, on Hyanggyo-gil in Jeonju Hanok Village, Jeollabuk-do, is a hanok guesthouse that harmonizes tradition with convenience. Each room is equipped with a toilet, TV and AC, and one room has cooking facilities. In the yard is a 50-year-old persimmon tree - the house’s tutelary spirit - and a cafeteria built of cypress wood. Here visitors can enjoy tea or a free breakfast, while at weekends tea ceremonies are held (but book ahead for this).

Pungnamheon is a hanok stay in a traditional nobleman's house in Jeonju, Jeollabuk-do. Next to the house stands a 600-year-old ginkgo tree, the guardian spirit of Jeonju Hanok Village. Two unusual features of this hanok is that there is no wood-floored hall or daecheong, and the toenmaru wooden porch is extra wide, and has a window. The floors are finished with laquered hanji (Korean paper), and the roof tiles were made in Goryeong. Old folding screens and Korean paintings complete the atmosphere of a traditional yangbang house. Guests have a chance to taste wild green tea gathered and made by the owner.
