Le Mesa est le premier centre commercial établi dans le quartier comerçant de Namdaemun. Il est un centre commercial pour famille qui est équipé des installations destinées aux femmes de plus de 25 ans et les jeunes mariées. Ces points sont différents des autres centres commerciaux de Dongdaemun. Il est muni des lits pour bébés et le fauteuil à bascule afin de changement de couches. A l’accueil, on prête des poussettes au rez-de-chaussée. On peut également trouver les toilettes avec des décorations au thème différent de chaque étage.
Il y a un cinquantaine de resto-pouces au 7ème étage et au 8ème étage. On peut goûter les divers plats de la cuisine traditionnelle coréenne à la cuisine de la nouvauté. De plus on peut regarder le panorama de nuit de Namsan au restaurent au 15ème étage.
