Kkokko Orijumulleok is a self-cook restaurant specializing in orijumulleok (spicy stir-fried marinated duck), a dish made by marinating duck in red chili paste. Patrons pay for their meat, rice, lettuce, mushrooms, and other ingredients, which they cook to their own preference. The self-serve section offers kimchi, ssamjang (mixed paste), garlic, and onions. After enjoying the meat, guests can delight in mixing the rice with laver and vegetables to make a delicious bokkeumbap (fried rice).

Geumjandi on Ganghwado Island, Gyeonggi-do, is an 80-year-old traditional hanok with red clay walls, timber rafters and beams and a wooden porch. The yard includes a garden with flowers and pine trees, there is a fireplace and cauldron, and a well which adds to the charm. Both the anchae and the sarangchae have guestrooms, and the hanok is an ideal place for outdoor weddings or first birthday parties: a marquee, sound equipment and barbecue facilities are available to hire. Pets are welcome.

Course 7 stretches over a 20.8-kilometer-long loop from Hwado Parking Lot to Mud Flat Research Center and back. The trail leads through a tunnel of green leaves before opening out onto the mud flat. The mud flat is one of the world's top five mud flats and presents a beautiful view of the ocean and mountains. Bird-watchers will love the chance to see migratory birds fly through each winter.
