Sumokwon Theme Park is a multi-purpose theme park-style tourist complex located in the oldest and largest pine tree colony on Jejudo Island. In 2018, "Sumokwon Night Market" was established in the theme park over 13,223 square meters of land. It is the country's first-ever night market to be set up in the heart of nature, inside a pine forest. Its primary objective was to create job opportunities for multicultural families and was also planned as a night market in which young start-ups and local small traders can take part. Currently, a total of 18 food trucks are in operation including two by multicultural families, nine by young start-ups and seven by Jeju locals. Around 30 teams of sellers consisting of small local traders are in business. Visitors can sit on benches installed throughout the park and enjoy delicious late-night snacks such as burgers, gimbap and udon. In addition to food trucks, it is also fun to check out shops that sell adorable items and souvenirs.

Heukdonga, a restaurant specializing in heukdwaeji (black pork), is situated in front of Cheju Halla University. It is known for serving thicker slices of pork than those typically found in other regions. The signature dish of the restaurant is heukdwaeji sutbulgui (charcoal-grilled black pork), featuring Jeju heukdwaeji grilled over charcoal and then dipped in boiling meljeot (fermented anchovy sauce) for added flavor. The restaurant's signature dish is heuk dwaeji gui (grilled black pork). Another offering on the menu is kimchi jjigae. As staff members grill the meat at the table, patrons can enjoy their meals in an easy and comfortable setting. Located in Samyang-dong, Jeju-si, Bultapsa Temple is a branch of Gwaneumsa Temple, the headquarters of the 23rd district of the Jogye Order of Korean Buddhism. The temple is nestled at the foot of Wondangbong Peak (alt. 170.4 meters). The temple started out as the Buddhist shrine Wondangsa, one of three temples in Jeju during the Yuan dynasty. Most of the temple was damaged due to the Jeju Uprising on April 3, 1948 and it was rebuilt in 1953. Later, the temple underwent renovations and extension works to get to the current conditions. Today, the temple has Daeungjeon Hall, Yosachae monk quarters, Jonggak Bell Tower, and Cheonwangmun Gate. The temple's five-story stone pagoda is Jeju's only stone pagoda from the Goryeo dynasty. It was designated Treasure No. 1187 in November 1993.
