Bongmilga is a Pyeongyang naengmyeon (Pyeongyang cold buckwheat noodles) restaurant located near Gangnam-gu Office, also recognized by the Michelin Guide. One of its proud features is the meticulous process of boiling the broth for five hours starting from 5 AM.
