Kkwonggogae Park is an ecological forest where nature is preserved, located along the Hangang River, and has an excellent natural environment. Whereas the nearby Banghwa Community Park was founded for public service, Kkwonggogae Park was founded to preserve the existing habitats and ecosystems while serving as a passageway for small animals. Within the park is Chihyeonjeong Pavilion, Gangseo area's representative attraction for taking in the city nightscape. The hill's name, which can literally be translated as "Pheasant Hill Park," comes from the fact that this hill was a frequent pheasant hunting spot in the past. The park is located near Gagseo Dulle Trail Course No. 2.

Iryeong Station (일영역)

Iryeong Station is a train station that once served the Gyooe Line north of Seoul.
Passenger services ceased in 2004, and after the station master retired in 2013, it saw only occasional freight traffic before closing. In 2025, plans to reopen the line led to the restoration and reopening of the original station building, which now also houses a tourist information center displaying artifacts that showcase the railway line's past.

With its weathered signs and grass growing along the tracks, Iryeong Station has become a memorable tourist destination accessible from Seoul and a filming location for many movies, commercials, and music videos. One notable example is the 2001 film "My Sassy Girl (2001)," in which The Girl (Jun Ji-hyun) and Gyeon-woo (Cha Tae-hyun) bury a time capsule together at the station before going their separate ways.

The National Women’s History Exhibition Hall opened on December 9, 2002 in Daebang-dong, Seoul, but was moved to its current location in Goyang, Gyeonggi-do on September 1, 2014. The hall uses both traditional display techniques as well as creative media art to showcase the history and culture of women in Korea. Gildong Ecological Park was founded by the Seoul government by restoring the wetland on the side of Cheonho-daero. The park maintains and preserves a wide range of flora and fauna in their natural habitats, allowing park visitors to observe plants, animals and insects in a natural ecosystem, and to learn about the importance of nature conservation.

The 80,683 ㎡ park is divided into a wetland zone, forest zone, and grassland zone. Amenities include an outdoor classroom, outdoor exhibition space, observation deck, pergolas, and more. The bird observation platform in particular is a great way to birdwatch in the urban landscape.
