Covering over 225,000 ㎡ of land in the southwestern part of Seoul, Seoseoul Lake Park, also known as West Lake Park, was to resolve the regional imbalance in the city. Goyang West Three Royal Tombs is a significant historical site comprising three major royal burial grounds in the western area. Huireung Royal Tomb is dedicated to Queen Janggyeong (1491-1515), the consort of King Jungjong during the Joseon dynasty. Hyoreung Royal Tomb is the resting place of King Injong (1515-1545) and his queen, Inseong. Yereung Royal Tomb holds the remains of King Cheoljong (1831-1864) and his queen, Cheorin. This area is home to numerous tombs and relics belonging to various members of the Joseon royal family.

Iryeong Station (일영역)

Iryeong Station is a train station that once served the Gyooe Line north of Seoul.
Passenger services ceased in 2004, and after the station master retired in 2013, it saw only occasional freight traffic before closing. In 2025, plans to reopen the line led to the restoration and reopening of the original station building, which now also houses a tourist information center displaying artifacts that showcase the railway line's past.

With its weathered signs and grass growing along the tracks, Iryeong Station has become a memorable tourist destination accessible from Seoul and a filming location for many movies, commercials, and music videos. Healing Forest Walkway is a walking path lined by diverse trees that form a lush forest serving as a habitat for small animals like squirrels, rabbits, raccoons, and more. The walking path is approximately 8 kilometers long and divided into four sections. The shortest course takes approximately 30 minutes to complete, while the full course requires 3 hours.

The campsite within the Seoul Grand Park is the perfect place to camp out, hold picnics and enjoy recreational activities with friends and families. The main facilities consist of a campsite, volleyball court, basketball court, snack bar, and shower facilities. The campsite is open from March to November, except in the case of harsh weather conditions.

Sammaksa Temple (삼막사)

Sammaksa Temple is a Buddhist temple located in Samseongsan Mountain. Legend has it that the temple was established in 667 by Wonhyo, a Buddhist philosopher from the Silla era.
