If you want to surround yourself in the landscape rather than enjoying the view from the ground, you can go to the terrace. The outdoor terrace has recently been renovated. Eungjung Hanok serves oven-baked bagel sandwich, pumpkin soup, seasonal fruits, yogurt, and warm coffee for breakfast. There many things to visit around the guesthouse including nine different trails of Bukhansan Mountain, which are five minutes away from the guesthouse, and Jingwansa Temple, which is 10 minutes away on foot. Hanok-style restaurants and tea houses inside Eunpyeong Hanok Village, and Eunpyeong History Hanok Museum are also worth visiting. 응정헌은 하루 단 한 팀의 숙박만 받고 있다. 주인장이 머무는 공간과 게스트가 사용하는 공간은 겹치지 않도록 분리돼 있다. 1층의 대청마루는 한옥의 매력을 오롯이 느껴볼 수 있는 공간이다. 이국적인 인테리어 소품이 묘하게 조화를 이루고 있는데, 대청 옆 창가로 난 비밀스러운 테라스는 카메라를 절로 들게 만든다. 응정헌의 베스트 포토 스팟이다. 게스트용 화장실과 조식이 제공되는 다이닝룸도 1층에 있다. 별도로 취사는 불가하다. 객실은 2층에 위치하는데, 계단으로 2층에 오르면 작은 거실 개념의 소청마루가 아늑하다. 북한산과 한옥마을의 탁 트인 경치를 감상하기 가장 좋은 자리에 누마루를 내었다. 좌탁에 앉아 바라다보다 경치 속으로 풍덩 뛰어들고 싶다면 테라스로 나가면 된다. 최근 야외 테라스 공사를 마쳤다. 아침 식사로는 오븐 베이글샌드위치와 호박죽, 제철과일, 요거트, 커피가 따뜻하게 제공된다. 걸어서 5분 거리에 북한산둘레길 9코스 마실길과, 10분 거리에 진관사가 있어 볼거리가 풍부하다. 은평한옥마을 안에 있는 한옥형 식당과 찻집, 은평역사한옥박물관 등도 함께 둘러볼 만하다.
