Originally known as Unamjeong Pavilion, the pavilion was built in 1959 to commemorate Rhee Syngman. It was demolished by the 4.19 movement in 1960 and was rebuilt on November 11, 1968. This pavilion now sits atop Namsan Mountain, with views covering the entirety of Seoul below. As it is a prime spot to view the first sunrise of the year, the annual sunrise festival takes place every New Year's Day.

It is a real pizza store that appears in the movie 'Pizza Age'. Kitaek's (played by Song Kangho) family has a side job folding pizza boxes here. It also appears as a place where family members gather to conspire to kick out President Park's butler. Although it is a pizza store located in a quiet residential area, it is famous for the movie 'PARASITE' and is visited by ‘PARASITE’ fans from all over the world. There is a picture of the president and director Bong Joonho on the inside wall.

Gwanak Starlight Walk is a signature winter festival of Gwanak-gu in Seoul. It's a lighting festival where visitors can enjoy beautiful light installation along Byeolbitnaerincheon Stream. The event area spans 300-meters from Sillimgyo Bridge to Bongnimgyo Bridge. The diverse lighting artworks created by ten different Korean artist teams come together to create a space where stories of individuals all become one as a community.
