In fact, the restaurant has two menus: mullaengmyeon (cold buckwheat noodles) and super-spicy bibim naengmyeon (spicy buckwheat noodles), along with accompaniments like mulmandu (boiled mandu), eggs, and the beverage coolpis. The sauce features copious amounts of garlic and goes very well with vinegar, mustard, and sugar. If you find the bibim naengmyeon (spicy buckwheat noodles) too spicy, cool down with warm broth or get some eggs on the side.
