"When the clouds clear, the moon shines, the wind blows, and the star shine" is the first immersive media art exhibition by Kansong Art & Culture Foundation, presenting traditional Korean art, the foundation of K-culture, with a modern flair. Iconic traditional works like Miindo, A Beautiful Woman by Sin Yun-bok and Gwandong Myeongseungcheop by Jeong Seon, are reinterpreted using graphic motion, LiDAR sensors, and kinetic art. Each exhibition room features a unique scent and sound effect, offering a multi-sensory experience to visitors.

Jinokhwa Halmae Wonjo Dakhanmari is a renowned restaurant located in the alley of whole chicken soup near Dongdaemun Market, operating since 1978. Its specialty is dakhanmari (whole chicken soup), a whole chicken boiled in savory and rich broth. Adding finely chopped green onions enhances its refreshing flavor. The chewy rice cakes dipped in the seasoned sauce are also delightful. Munmyo is a shrine dedicated to Confucius, whose teachings form the foundation of Confucianism. It is also dedicated to his disciples and other great Confucian scholars. Munmyo is not only the shrine but also the highest educational institution of the Joseon dynasty. Munmyo was once called as Munseonwangmyo since during the Tang dynasty, Confucius was named as King Munseon after his death and then it has been called as Munmyo since the Yuan dynasty.

The compound consists of two main areas: the Daeseongjeon houses shrines and the Myeongnyundang features seminar halls and other auxiliary facilities. Also, there are two dormitories, Dongjae and Seojae, which are collectively known as Sungkyunkwan. In front of the Myeongnyundang stands a ginkgo tree designated as Natural Monument No. 59. In spring and autumn, a ritual for Confucius and his disciples takes place.
