Wentteok Village gets its name from the word “Wentteok” (meaning “unexpected windfall”) and is a slow food village located in Jungneung-ri, Wonsam-myeon, Yongin-si, Gyeonggi-do. At the village, you can make traditional rice cake from fresh seasonal ingredients or make a tteok (rice cake) cake and have your own small party.

The village is a great venue to learn more about tteok (rice cakes) and to enjoy other hands-on activities such as eco-friendly farming activities and other traditional activities.

Yeoju Ssalbapjip, located near Yeoju City Hall, serves dolsotbap (hot stone pot rice) made with rice grown in Yeoju. Visitors can feel the warmth of its hospitality through its generous dishes. In addition to its signature menu, ssalbap jeongsik (steamed rice set menu), visitors can also enjoy a variety of dishes, such as samgyeopsal gui (grilled pork belly), duruchigi (stir-fried pork), pyeonyuk (boiled pork slices), gopchang jeongol (small intestine hot pot), and samhap hongeo (skate, pork, and kimchi combo). Everland is an amusement park that entertains visitors through attractions in the five themed areas of Global Fair, American Adventure, Magic Land, Zootopia, and European Adventure. One of the park’s most famous rides is T-Express, Korea’s first wooden roller coaster, popular among young visitors. Zootopia is a must-see as it spans an area of 15,000 ㎡ and exhibits 2,000 animals. Caribbean Bay is a world-class water park with various attractions and health facilities based on the theme of the Caribbean coast. Attractions include an artificial wave pool with a x_width of 120 meters and a length of 104 meters, a lazy river that passes through indoor and outdoor pools, and various slides that maximize adventure and thrill. Indoor facilities include a wave pool, slides, spas, and saunas. One of the park's best attractions is Mega Storm, a large, complex water slide. The circular tube starts from the boarding platform 37 meters above the ground and travels 355 meters rotating in all directions and going up and down three rapid descents. The last part of the ride is a large 18-meter funnel-shaped tornado that gives riders a zero gravity experience for about 55 to 60 seconds.
