Beyond the lighthouse is Sodol Adeul Rock Park, boasting beautiful and unique rock formations sculpted by wind and waves. The first thing that greets the visitors as they approach from the road is a sharp and angular black rock formation that resembles a bull, followed by other rocks that take on the shape of elephants and many other shapes. Sodolbawi Rock was originally underwater before rising to the surface due to tectonic movements during the Jurassic Period 150 million years ago. It is home to a legend where an old couple prayed for 100 days to conceive a son, and thus a famous spot visited by many newlyweds.
