Spread across five levels, the building’s layout is as follows: the ground floor offers parking, the second floor serves as the main café where guests can order beverages and desserts and enjoy indoor seating, the third floor features a lounge with terrace seating, while the fourth and fifth floors house the swimming pool and a rooftop area. Around the pool on the fourth floor, there are parasol-covered seats, with flat seating further back. The pool water is maintained at a comfortably warm temperature ideal for swimming.
