Located in Sirang-ri, Gijang-gun, Wonjojipbul Gomjangeo Gijang Oegajip specializes in jipbul gomjangeo (straw-roasted hagfish). The use of straw imparts a distinct nutty flavor to the eel, making it a favorite among diners. Gijang Oegajib served as the pioneer, leading to the establishment of a cluster of sea eel restaurants in the Gongsu Village. The restaurant offers various dishes such as yangnyeom gomjangeo (grilled marinated hagfish), sogeum gui (grilled salted sea eel), gomjangeo maeuntang (spicy sea eel stew).

Opened on June 10, 1994, the Busan Marine Natural History Museum is the first and largest museum of its kind in Korea. The museum features some 25,000 marine specimens from over 100 countries around the world, including rare living species and those native to Korea. The museum opened a second exhibition hall in April 2003, and launched the Busan Fishing Village Folk Museum on February 23, 2007.

Samnak Eco Park is the largest among the four riverside parks created along the Nakdonggang River. Covering an area of 4.89 ㎢ and stretching 7 km in length, it is a natural ecological park. Dadaepo Beach is made from sands deposited by the Nakdonggang River. It features shallow water and a wide sand beach suitable for children. Dadaepo Sunset Fountain of Dreams is a musical fountain near Dadaepo Beach where water jets are synchronized with music and lighting. Covering an area of 2,519 square meters, it reaches a maximum water x_height of 55 meters and can produce various shapes such as wings of a crane, rainbow, sunflower, and mist. It presents over 60 songs ranging from popular, pop to classical genres, accompanied by the fountain's performance. The fountain operates from April to October annually.

Seven Beach Earthing Challenge is a walking campaign sponsored by Busan Ilbo to promote Busan as a good city to walk barefoot and the well-being of Busan citizens. The compaign consists of walking along the seven beaches of Busan, hence the campaign name. Seven Beach Earthing Challenge spans two years from 2024 to 2025. 2024 events consists of walking at Haeundae Beach in April, Gwangalli Beach in June, Dadaepo Beach in September, and Songjeong Beach in November; 2025 events takes place at Songdo Beach, Ilgwang Beach, and Imnang Beach.
