The Jeonnam Area Environmental Disease Prevention Management Center is an eco-friendly healing center developed in Jeollanam-do to prevent and manage environmental diseases, which have been gradually rising due to various environmental factors such as global warming, industrialization, westernized dietary lifestyle, etc. 
The center runs educational programs to provide information and enhance understanding of environmental diseases (e.g., atopic dermatitis). s also run experience programs for children to learn while playing, and customized programs to prevent environmental diseases and promote health. Additionally, a meditation room made of eco-friendly materials, a green-tea bath, a red clay and elvan stone jjimjilbang (Korean sauna), an oxygen room, and an accommodation facility are available.

Wando Marine Healing Center is the first marine therapy facility in Korea. It has 16 types of therapy facilities utilizing seawater, mud, and marine algae. There are five programs on the first floor, such as the Thalasso Pool, Mud Therapy, Marine Algae Bubble Therapy, and the Seawater Mist. On the second floor, the center runs wet therapy programs (steam shower, marine algae bath, wet therapy using seawater) and dry therapy programs themed around stimulating the five senses using colors, sound, music, scents, and stones.

The word "shil", in Shil Land, is an acronym for Sustainable Health in Life, meaning a space that helps visitors live a sustainable, healthy life. Located inside Sobaeksan National Park, the Sobaeksan National Park Nature Center specializes in ecological experiences and environmental education. The center operates various programs by leveraging the superb ecological system of the Sobaeksan Mountain area. Programs include Sobaeksan Mountain climbing and ginseng experiences for physical health; forest meditation for mental health; and wellness programs with a focus on visiting world heritage sites related to Buddhist culture, for social well-being.
