Dolsandaegyo Bridge in Yeosu connects Dolsan Island to the mainland, and is a representative attraction of the city, lit up in many colored lights at night. The island of Dolsan is said to be a fortress in the ocean, and protected the nation from invaders and pirates during the Joseon dynasty. Construction on the bridge began in 1980 and was completed in 1984, with Dolsan Park being founded on the hilltop above the bridge in celebration of the bridge opening.

Dumo Village was designated a Green Agriculture Experience Village in 2005. The stream flowing through the village has high-quality water and is home to sweetfish, mitten crab, and freshwater eel. Visitors to the village can enjoy both farming and marine experiences, making it a popular destination for families. The villagers welcome visitors warmheartedly, creating an atmosphere of returning home after a long time away. The village name comes from the way it seems to hug the ocean, like a large hangari (clay pot).

Baramsae Village Picnic Garden opened in 2013 as a waterside park in Pyeongtaek. The park serves as a space where nature and humanity can coexist in harmony. In 2018, the park was divided into four themed sections, including a section open in the evening. There are wooden walking paths and trails throughout the park, decorated with sotdae (wooden bird poles) and pinwheels.

Gyodongdo Island is located northwest of the larger Ganghwado Island, and was made more accessible with the opening of Gyodongdaegyo Bridge in July 2014. The name changed with different dynasties, being Gomokgeunhyeon during the Goguryeo Era and Gyodonghyeon under the reign of Silla King Gyeongdeok. The island served as an important stopover point for ambassadors and envoys heading to China. Popular attractions on the island now include Daeryong Market, an alleyway market decorated with colorful murals and statues, and Manghyangdae Memorial, a gathering place for refugees who fled from the nearby Hwanghaedo Island during the Korean War. Many of the houses on Gyodongdo Island have swallow nests under the eaves. The refugees consider the swallows as guests from their hometowns. As such, the island is home to the "peace & reunion" themed Gyodong Swallow House, Peace Trail, and Gyodong Studio. Gyodong Swallow House serves as an exhibition and performance space. The Peace Trail is a biking path around the island. At Gyodong Studio, visitors can put on old school uniforms and take black-and-white photographs.

The Gosalli Forest Trail runs along a stream in Harye 2-ri, Namwon-eup on the southern part of Jeju Island. The area was recognized by the Ministry of Environment in 2013 for their outstanding efforts in preserving and protecting the local ecology. The forest trail passes through one of Jeju's beautiful forested areas, and is perfect for peaceful leisure walks, being less known among tourists. To limit the amount of damage to the natural environment, the trails are unrefined, so guests are reminded to tread carefully.

Woljeonggyo Bridge, located in Gyo-dong, Gyeongju, was built during the Unified Silla period (AD 676-935), but was burnt down during the Joseon dynasty. Through historical research, the bridge was rebuilt in April 2018 to become the largest wooden bridge in Korea. According to Samguk Sagi (History of the Three Kingdoms), the bridge was built during the 19th year of King Gyeongdeok’s reign (AD 760), connecting Wolseong and Namsan together. The historical research to rebuild the bridge lasted from November 26, 1984 to September 8, 1986, finding that the bridge was made with wood for the first time. The first rebuilding of the bridge was from 2008 to 2013 and the finishing touches were added from April 2016 to April 2018. Through this research and rebuilding process, future restoration of historical buildings have a better reference to use.

Cheongna Hill is the place where Christian missionaries resided during the early 20 century, planting many ivies along the site. It is also called Dongsan Cheongna Hill for being on the eastern side of Daegu's center. There are many attractions in this beautiful garden including Chamness’ House, Switzer’s House, Blair’s House, 90 stairs, Daegu 3.1 Independence Movement Road, Daegu's first western apple tree, a memorial stone inscribed with the song "Thinking of My Friend” , and the cemetery of the missionaries and their family. Cheongna Hill is also the starting point of Daegu's Street Tour Course 2 as well as a popular drama film location.
