The restaurant stands out for its use of buckwheat from farms in Pyeongchang, Gangwon-do, which lends a unique buckwheat aroma to their dishes. They use a broth made from well-fermented dongchimi (radish water kimchi) with chicken, offering a light yet flavorful taste. The chicken is served as a topping.
