The disabled are being employed for room cleaning, cooking assistance, and room booking. Profits from the operation of the hotel are used for job creation and welfare for the disabled. As for rooms, there are four types: Standard Double, Superior Twin, Deluxe Twin, and Family Suite. Each room boasts of wooden interior design; the wooden bed, table, wardrobe, vanity, etc. all create a classic atmosphere. Every room is furnished with a bed, and the wooden floor is heated (Ondol) in winter. Family Suite is equipped with a whirlpool bathtub.

La historia de este jardín comienza en el año 1963, cuando el propietario del terreno, Seong Beom-yeong, comenzó a trabajar la tierra cuando aún estaba despoblada. Aquí está el motivo por el que ha recibido la atención de los medios de comunicación del mundo, de cómo el esfuerzo de un solo agricultor logró semejantes frutos. Es uno de los destinos más visitados por las delegaciones extranjeras, invitados especiales, etc. El encanto de este jardín radica en el largo tiempo que ha tomado crearlo, plantando bonsáis, levantando muros de piedra y construyendo cascadas artificiales, etc. Actualmente, tiene en exposición aproximadamente 400 bonsáis plantados y entre 3.000 y 4.000 en plantación.
