La Biblioteca Literaria Cheongun se encuentra al pie del monte Inwangsan y se puede llegar a ella siguiendo el sendero de montaña que comienza en la puerta Changuimun y que va junto a la Muralla de Seúl. El subsuelo cuenta con una amplia colección de libros, mientras que la planta baja sirve como lugar de lectura. El entorno natural que rodea la biblioteca se suma al encanto tradicional y pacifico del edificio hanok.
