Chosochaekbang Deosup, ubicado en medio del monte Inwangsan, se construyó originalmente como un puesto de guardia para proteger a Cheong Wa Dae antes de su renovación. El puesto de guardia se levantó tras el incidente de Kim Shin-jo en 1968 y simboliza el dolor de la división del país y la confrontación.
