En invierno, la Plaza de Seúl, frente al Ayuntamiento de la ciudad, se convierte en un complejo de pistas de patinaje sobre hielo. Tiene tres pistas de distinto tamaño y una pista de trineo sobre hielo. Una de las grandes atracciones del lugar es que posibilita apreciar todo el paisaje completo de la plaza y presenta varios eventos y espectáculos culturales.

Located in Gyeongun-dong, Jongno-gu at the very heart of Seoul, Sieunjae is a hanok with a longstanding tradition. It has three guestrooms including the anbang (main room), byeolchae (detached building), and jakeunbang (small room). The anbang is the only room with a living room, where various items of old furniture, including a comfortable sofa, create an antique atmosphere. The communal bathroom and toilets are supplied with toiletries, while the communal kitchen is equipped with cooking equipment and a washing machine. The house can be rented either as individual accommodations or in its entirety. As it is situated in Jongno-gu, at the very heart of Seoul, guests can easily reach many nearby major tourist attractions. Car users are advised to use the public parking lot as the house has no parking spaces. Entering by a small gate, the little flowerbed comes into sight. This old hanok shows traces of repair works on the tiled roof.

Fundado en 1926, el antiguo edificio del Ayuntamiento de Seúl es de piedra, de estilo renacentista. La plaza delante del Ayuntamiento es un sitio histórico donde se realizaron el Movimiento de Independencia de 1919 (Samil) y el movimiento de pro-democracia en junio de 1987. Es también un lugar conocido porque, durante la Copa Mundial de Fútbol de 2002, decenas de miles de admiradores del seleccionado nacional se congregaron para aclamarlo. Esta plaza de hierba oval delante del Ayuntamiento de Seúl, reestablecida en 2004, es usada como un lugar para sostener varios acontecimientos y festivales culturales, y es para el disfrute por muchos seulitas. Renowned for its rich soup of cold noodles, the restaurant uses fresh soybeans grown in Gangwon-do. The dishes are not only nutritious, but also effective in restoring people's appetites, often lost because of the summer's heat.

To make the restaurant's signature dish, buckwheat is mixed with ground soybeans and flour to make dough. The dough is shaped into noodles and boiled. Este pabellón fue levantado en 1846 e incluye los salones Seokbokheon y Sugangjae. Detrás de él, hay un jardín de flores con grandes rocas.
