El Mercado Gijang es un mercado al aire libre donde se venden productos agrícolas y del mar, ubicado en la zona norte de la ciudad de Busan. Los productos suelen depender de la estación del año: las algas y las anchoas son famosas durante la primavera y los peces sable durante el otoño. El pez sable se suele vender dos meses antes y después del Chuseok y son conocidos en todo el país por su extraordinario sabor. Los buenos precios de este mercado atraen a los clientes, ya que son más bajos que en el mercado de pescado más grande de Corea, el Mercado Jagalchi, en el centro de Busan.
