Le musée de la poterie expose diverses poteries telles que les Onggis et les Togis utilisés comme ustensiles de la vie quotidienne depuis très longtemps. Le Onggi est le terme représentant les pots brillants fabriqués à base d’argile cuite puis engobés. L’exposition des Onggis se situe aux étages SS1 et SS2 ainsi que dans une salle extérieure où près de 3 000 pots sont exposés. A l’étage SS1 se trouve la salle d’exposition des Onggis d’utilités quotidiennes diverses tels que le Onggi utilisé pour la conservation des aliments, le Onggi à engrais, le pot de chambre, la poêle etc. Au même étage sont également exposés des instruments et objets religieux. Au 1er étage se trouve l’exposition Dancheong où on peut admirer des peintures murales traditionnelles des palais et des temples bouddhiques et ses 800 peintures au plafond. Au 2ème étage, on trouvera des objets de la vie folklorique réalisés par des artisans. Sont exposées des oeuvres artisanales en bois, en papier ou en métal ainsi que les objets utilisés pour les 4 cérémonies de la majorité, du mariage, des funérailles et des sacrifices aux défunts.
