Seoul Drum Festival est un festival de percussions à Séoul. Il fait intervenir des percussionnistes professionnels et amateurs du monde entier qui se rassemblent pour se produire lors de grands spectalces et ce dans de nombreux genres musicaux. Le festival a été inauguré en 1999 et se déroule près d'une semaine à Nodeulseom dans la capitale. Les spectacles seront également diffusés sur la plateforme Youtube en direct.

Le Gymnase de Jangchun est le premier gymnase dôme de Corée, ouvert depuis le 1er Février 1963. Il accueille plusieurs évènements athlétiques comme des compétitions de basket, de volley et de handball ainsi que des combats de boxe, catch et ssireum (lutte traditionnelle coréenne). Il présente qui plus est d’autres spectacles et évènements culturels tels que des compétitions internationales, des concerts et du madangnori. Le Club de Fitness Jangchun, dont les locaux sont situés au sein du bâtiment, propose des abonnements au mois.
Mabongrim Wonjo Halmeonijip Tteokbokki (마복림원조할머니집떡볶이)

Opened in 1953 by a woman known as Mabongnim, the restaurant takes pride in its 50-plus years of service. As Mabongnim gained popularity, other similar establishments opened nearby, and eventually, formed the now famous “Tteokbokki Street.” The elderly proprietor is well known, even starring in a red-pepper paste (gochujang) ad in the 1990's.
The secret of this restaurant’s tteokbokki lies in the fact that red pepper
paste is mixed with Chinese soybean paste for a sweet and spicy taste, but has now been adopted by other Sindang-dong restaurants. Nevertheless, there is something special about this restaurant’s fare. At present, Mabongnim’s daughters-in-law are running the restaurant.

Marché Dongnimmun Yeongcheon (독립문영천시장)

Créé dans les années 1960 près de la porte Dongnimmun dans l'arrondissement de Seodaemun-gu, le marché Yeongcheon est un marché traditionnel avec plus de 50 ans d'histoire. Autrefois, il était connu comme marché emblématique de Séoul dédié notamment aux gâteaux de riz. La ville de Séoul a désigné les environs de la rue de Yeongcheonsijang-gil comme « patrimoine futur de juillet » en 2021.
Ce grand marché traditionnel avec près de 198 magasins est réputé comme un marché où environ 40 % des magasins vendent une grande variété d'aliments, y compris le tteokbokki et le beignet torsadé.
