Kim Gwangbun’s Pulhyanggi Sonkalguksu boasts a taste made from 16 years of tradition in serving kal-guksu (handmade noodle soup). « Pang Show » est un spectacle participative qui invite le public à se joindre à la cuisson du « pang » (pain). Le spectacle est inspiré d’une série télévisée coréenne à succès intitulée « King of Baking, Kim Tak Goo » (2010) qui a été diffusée dans douze pays d’Asie.
