Située à Gwangbok-dong au coeur de Busan, cette rue est le paradis de la mode, l’art, la culture et le shopping. On la compare souvent au quartier Myeong-dong de Séoul. Elle s'étend de l'entrée montant au parc Yongdusan jusqu’au marché de Gukje. Depuis qu'il a été rénovée en 2007, la rue peut désormais accueillir divers événements culturels comme le festival du quartier Gwangbok-dong, l’arbre de Noël et le Festival International du Film de Busan.
La rue héberge plus de 100 magasins proposant un large éventail d'articles de vêtements, de bijoux, de caméras, d'électronique, d'artisanat et des articles de luxe. On trouve quelques magasins qui proposent des articles à 20-30% de réduction sur le prix initial. Ils sont pour la plupart ouverts de 10h à 22h. Located in Nampo-dong, Dolsotbapjip is a restaurant that has been serving dolsotbap (hot-pot rice) with a consistent taste for more than 30 years. The only dishes on the menu are doenjang jjigae (soybean paste stew) and sundubu jjigae (soft tofu stew). Both are served with bibimbap in a hot stone pot. After eating the rice, you can also enjoy sungnyung, made by pouring water in the hot pot after you have scooped the rice out. This restaurant, with its long history, has become famous through word of mouth among Japanese tourists.
