В 2002 году в городе Ансан был открыт ресторан, специализирующийся на блюдах "тотхори мукпап" - желе из жёлудей, и "нэнмён" - лапша "куксу" в холодном бульоне. Слава об изумительном вкусе блюд передавалась из уст в уста, и впоследствии ресторан переехал в столицу. Информацию о ресторане, как одном из самых популярных заведений, передавал каждый канал телевидения Кореи, а статьи печатались в многочисленных изданиях.

Для приготовления изысканных блюд в ресторане используются исключительно натурально выращенные продукты. Благодаря большому количеству питательного вещества танину, присутствующему в свежих продуктах, блюда хорошо усваиваются пищеварительной системой. Особым деликатесом в летний сезон является блюдо "мукпап", в котором прекрасно сочетаются желе из жёлудей и прохладный бульон с кислосладким вкусом. Достоинством блюда "нэн мукпап" является то, что им можно наслаждаться не только в жаркое лето, утоляя жажду, но также и в холодную зимнюю пору - блюдо прекрасно сочетается с теплым бульоном. Также деликатесами ресторана являются блюдо "муль нэнмён" - холодный куксу, своеобразный вкус которому придает прохладный бульон, блюдо "пибим нэнмён" - холодный куксу с соусом, в котором прекрасно сочетаются тонкий куксу, острый соус  и свежеприготовленные пельмени.

Tteokssam is a delicious dish using sticky and tender dough made from non-glutinous rice mixed with glutinous rice. Ssukttekssam is a dish with soybean flour and wormwood added to this dough that is so tasty with a spicy smell and sweet flavor. Meat grilled on a hot stone plate and dipped in a specially made sauce can be wrapped up with seasoned leeks and makes for a fantastic flavor.

This is a Korean traditional restaurant serving food in attractive bowls. Its main dishes are steamed rice in bamboo and raw rice wine (Makgeolli). When you pour makgeolli into a glass which is brewed in the old way, your nose gets ticklish by the smell of yeast. Steamed rice cooked with Indian millet, millet, glutinous rice, and beans in a bamboo stick provides a delicious smell of bamboo.
