The hanok guesthouse Punggyeong was opened in spring 2016. With a stylish green pine tree exterior mural painting, the hanok building welcomes guests with a cozy yard. The low wooden bench and chair are there to provide relaxation for guests. The guesthouse has Korean-style rooms and two rooms with bed. The kitchen is furnished with a dining table with chairs for those who are not familiar with the Korean-style room. It serves Korean-style breakfast and traditional Korean tea. Usually, the staff leaves the guesthouse at night. Guests who rent the entire guesthouse can spend some quality time with friends or family.

Au centre du parc Marronnier on trouve un marronnier symbolique (marron d’Inde) alors que le quartier propose différents centres cultures pour profiter d'événements en plein air mais aussi expositions. Le Mesa est le premier centre commercial établi dans le quartier comerçant de Namdaemun. This hanok (traditional Korean house) is located in Seochon Village near Gyeongbokgung Palace. It is a modern C-shaped hanok centered around the inner courtyard, which is the first thing that the guests see after entering through the gate. While it is not expansive, white pebbles and a foot bath make this hanok a unique one. One can enjoy a foot bath while sitting on the porch.
The bedroom, which is located beyond the living room, is furnished with a queen-sized bed. Opening the screen doors brings one to the view of the kitchen area beyond the inner courtyard.
